5. Employer-Provided Employee Information
Employers may provide employee names and email addresses and may assign training to employees. In that context, the employer is responsible for having appropriate authority to provide employee information and use the Service for workforce training.
Employers and authorized company administrators may be able to view employee training assignments, progress, completion records, quiz results, and related reports for their organization.
6. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate portions of the Service, such as website hosting, database and authentication services, payment processing, email delivery, video or file storage, analytics, security, and infrastructure services. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term. We may share information with service providers, professional advisors, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, protect users or the Service, enforce our agreements, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests.
If MicroSECONDS is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain training and completion records, support legitimate business and security needs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
